Welcome for Vampires

Stuttgart is looking forward to sharing its evenings with vampires, evident by the establishment of a new pre-sales record. The opening night is on 25 February and already over 180,000 tickets have been sold. The rush for this musical tops everything we’ve ever seen before in Stuttgart.

The enthusiasm for the Dance of the Vampires shows the unique significance of the musical throughout the whole region. This is where vampires belong,’ explains Johannes Mock-O`Hara, managing director of Stage Entertainment Germany. Last year, the audience had the opportunity to choose a show that they’d like to see brought back to the stage again from a list of nine productions that have played over the last fifteen years at the Palladium theatre. More than 25,000 musical fans participated in the voting, and they overwhelmingly selected Vampires. The new sales record only confirms the obvious: Stuttgart loves vampires!
