Milan is the powerhouse of Italy’s prosperous north and one of its most important cultural centers – often seen as the fashion capital of the world and,of course, home to the famous opera institution, La Scala. In recent years, it has also witnessed an exciting rapid growth in musical theater, with productions of Chicago, Cats and Notre Dame de Paris. Many home-grown shows have, also, found appreciative audiences.

Stage Entertainment Italy has started in April 2005 and quickly began plans for opening its first production. Stage Entertainment Italy is also developing projects with theaters in Rome and across the Italian touring circuit. The company will also be announcing more new work through 2006 to reinforce its status as a long-term and respected producer of commercial theater.
